From a government career in the Ministry of Finance to founding some of Uganda's most significant industrial and financial institutions, his journey is one of resilience and vision.
He founded Sembule Steel Mills, Sembule Commercial Bank, and Pan World Insurance Company — institutions that shaped Uganda's manufacturing, banking and insurance sectors.
